Today, Elizabeth and I went up top Cranes beach with our housemate Maria. On the way, we stopped at a place that had Pumpkins, animals, a playground and homemade doughnuts :-)

Weekend in Maine
We had a great time in Maine last weekend. Here are some pics... As you can see, Elizabeth's obsession with bubbles is still going strong :-)

Greetings from Maine!
Yikes, sorry it's been so long since my last post! Things have been a little busy, trying to get us both settled into our new home in Boston. This weekend we are up in Maine with my parents. We drove up Thursday PM and will go back on Sunday. On Tuesday, I'm taking the National Marriage and Family Therapist Exam, so that I can get licensed in Massachussetts. Not thrilled that I have to take yet another exam, when I've already taken two exams over the past year (to get licensed in CA). But oh well...
Things have been going well in our new house. Elizabeth adores Maria, whose (who's?) house we're living in. She also LOVES Trudy and Tom-Tom, Maria's dog and cat:) It's a very long process unpacking everything, but I'm slowly but surely getting "moved in." The job situation has been a little stressful. There was some question when I got here if I was even going to have the job I thought I was going to. But it's (hopefully) all worked out, and I am supposed to go in on Wednesday to start all the paperwork, background check, etc.
I am so happy to be back east. I can definitely feel fall in the air (especially up here in Maine). That would be great, except I keep flashing forward in my mind to freezing temperatures, and snow...Well, I know Elizabeth will like the snow, so maybe that will help me appreciate it more :)
Pictures soon, I promise!

We did it!
Well, Elizabeth and I are officially moved and settling into our new lives in Boston. We arrived last night. It is great being close to my parents and brother, SIL and nephews. Elizabeth LOVED meeting her cousins (twin boys who will be 10 next month!) and had a great time with them at Grandma's house this afternoon:) Sorry no new pics, I had my camera, but still too tired/jet legged to actually get it out of my bag...
More soon!
