Our pool opened this week. Unfortunately, the weather has been cool and rainy so we weren't able to take advantage of it yet. However, today is finally sunny, but only about 60 degrees out. But...if you think the cool temperatures stopped my little fish from getting in the pool this morning, you would be wrong...
This afternoon, we went to the playground at her school and she joined in an impromptu baseball game...
And tonight, we went out to dinner with Misty and Paden, then came back to the apartment. Misty and I thought the kids would just play in the back yard and sit by the pool...silly us...
Oh, They started out innocently enough...
But ended up like this...
I guess it goes without saying, we are ready for you, Summer!!

I love many things about this story and pictures. I think my favorite is that she played baseball in her red glittery Dorothy shoes!
Looks like an awesome day!! I'm sure there are many more to come once summer really does get here.
